Planned Maintenance Programs reduce emergency repair services:

Grizzly Door Systems recognizes that downtime and unexpected service calls cost you time and money that can be a major source of headache to your operation.  Having a door service partner that you can trust with a proactive program to reduce and even avoid failures, can help avoid unexpected downtime while saving you both time and money!

How the Planned Maintenance program works:

During the PM visit, we will inspect, clean, lubricate, and test your rolling steel doors, overhead doors, loading dock equipment, including dock levelers, vehicle restraints, and canopies/shelters etc. All mechanical, sensory and structural elements, settings, and controls will be assessed and graded. We will pay special attention to critical components affecting reliability and safety, assessing if all systems are functioning properly.

Depending on the program, we will provide you with access to online detailed inspection records and previous work history that clearly identify any corrective work needed to address critical safety hazards or operational problems.

Any corrective service work will proceed only with your authorization. Quotations and estimates will be provided.

  • Each door/dock/motor is barcoded in order to maintain a detailed overview of work performed or required
  • Direct online access to pictures, reports and deficiencies to ensure your doors are compliant and meet Health and Safety Standards
  • Barcoding allows us to know what to order as soon as you call with a damage report to reduce our time to complete the repair and minimize trips
